Users subscribed from email addresses provided by SFR, a French ISP, no
longer have any issues. The public callout made by Framasoft encouraged
SFR to actually do something.
There are no known ongoing issues.

================================= HELP =================================
## GENERAL INFO
Tildepals is hosted on Framalistes, a Sympa instance hosted by
Framasoft, a large French non-profit that encourages contributions to
and usage of FOSS.
This list is configured to be private. Non-subscribers can only tell
that the list exists, that lucidiot is its owner, and that they can
subscribe. The list's archives are only accessible to subscribers after
logging in to the web UI.
It is possible to send messages to the list without being subscribed to
it, but they will stay in a moderation queue and require approval to be
distributed.
The maximal message size is 5MiB, which leaves ±3.75MiB for attachments.
## SUBSCRIBING
With a web browser: https://framalistes.org/sympa/subscribe/tildepals
With an email: Send an email to sympa@framalistes.org with "subscribe
tildepals" as the subject.
lucidiot then gets an email telling him to confirm your subscription.
## UNSUBSCRIBING
With a web browser: https://framalistes.org/sympa/sigrequest/tildepals
With an email: Send an email to sympa@framalistes.org with "unsubscribe
tildepals" as the subject.
## CONTACT OWNERS
Send an email to tildepals-request@framalistes.org and the mailing list
owners will be notified. lucidiot is currently the only owner and the
only moderator, but this might change in the future; this address always
sends to all owners.
## FIRST WEB UI LOGIN
You can (un)subscribe to the list with just an email address and a name,
but to perform other actions such as accessing the archives or editing
your profile, you will need to get a password for your account.
You can request a temporary password, which will be sent to you by
email, here: https://framalistes.org/sympa/firstpasswd
## WEB ARCHIVES
You can browse the list's web archives, including the messages that may
have been posted before you subscribed, by visting this page:
https://framalistes.org/sympa/arc/tildepals
You will need to login to Sympa; if you do not yet have a password, see
the above section.
If you want to reply to a message you found in the archives but do not
have in your account, you can click the Re-send button on the web UI to
have it sent again; this is preferred over just saying "hey I am
replying to this thing" in your emails.
## SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Subscription requests from members of m455.casa are approved
unconditionally.
Other requests will only be approved after a notice is sent to the
mailing list and enough members confirm that they either trust the
newcomer or agree to their subscription.
## MODERATION POLICY
Messages pending moderation that are identified to be from subscribers
just using the wrong email addresses will be approved after they have
been made fun of via a message sent by the moderator to the mailing list.
Other messages pending moderation will be reviewed on a case-by-case
basis, with total subjectivity, and their rejection might not result in
a notification to the sender, because nobody from outside the list
should be sending to the list anyway.
If you received a message from this list that you found to be
potentially offending or abusive, or if you want to report any concerns
to the moderators, please email tildepals-request@framalistes.org. This
list aims to preserve the same spirit of safety that the m455.casa IRC
server tries to bring.
