Hi,

I've compiled the README and comments from bb.sh into a manpage, so that one can man bb and get help.

There's an mdoc version (semantic; BSD preferred) which I've converted to the man format (visual; Linux loves this older format). You can also convert to other formats like HTML, markdown, pdf, plaintext etc, so it's nice to have the semantic version around.

Updated make install to install the linux version of the man page. You can also check it out on a clone with man ./bb.1.man or man ./bb.1.mdoc.
