Head: Add meta description, remove useless <a> in <head> 
Attempted to fix ugly indentation in generated HTML:
eg
    <html>
        <head>
            <meta>
            <more meta>
<meta from head.html>
<more stuff from head.html>
        </head>
        <body>
<header></header>
<footer></footer>
        </body>
    </html>

I feel like the only fix is to put the indentation manually in
partials/head.html etc.
