An old guide for the PS3 2.70 browser talks about support CSS1 and CSS2's positioning. A more accurate guide, for PSP with firmware version 5.00. CSS2 is supported with some unsupported features, which are listed as an appendix. HTTP, SSL, TLS, HTML, JS, DOM, and much more, including the “PSP plug-in” and parts of the “PSP extended plug-in” (except those related to the Internet Radio) are documented there.
