Add database filter for food search #32

As stated in #31, full and statistics reports only work on the Standard Reference database. The only way to find out a food item's database, or filter by database, is to use the Search API; the ds parameter allows filtering by databases (see the docs). UsdaClient.search_foods_raw allows this parameter, but UsdaClient.search_foods does not.
