Have ACTION_TREE_ROOT_INIT cause ACTION_STD_MENU
So that a “scroll left” button can be repurposed for returning to the main menu when there is no existing menu button mapping. Change-Id: I38515943313f69cc3241b3f523c94ea012471b88
