When I'm using lynx, I like the ability to specify a url to open right away like

lynx gopher://colorfield.space

It would be cool if I could do the same with bombadillo:

bombadillo colorfield.space

I can take a crack at this (doesn't look hard at all) if you think it's useful.

Go directly to a URL when passed on the command line. Closes #8

Closed by #10. The changes have been merged into master and is verified as working: you can now pass a URL to bombadillo to open the client to said URL.
