Delete Branch "pathing-fixes"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
This addresses the issues pointed out in #149 (issues with how relative paths were constructed)
Additionally, it handles the case where a redirect would send a user to the same URL but with an additional ‘/’ at the end. This fix will now do that one type of redirect silently (while still informing users of other redirects, even within the same host).
Thanks for the redirect change, this works as expected.
