Change "Headlines" texte #10

It seems "Headlines" sections is misleading because people are expecting links or sections covering that while it's more hints about what's "hot" currently in OpenBSD and there should be a few references of this in the issue itself, but not really a whole section for each entry.

What about « Hot topics » ?

How about something like:

Latest bits

as in short bits of news.
