The webzine concatenates all [0-9]{2}_*.html files to make the English version, but for other languages it's looking for ${lang}_index.html. This is so because the English version is made from multiple parts concatenated into the result, and after publication the translations can be done and don't need to use multiple files.

However for this this issue, I tried to work on a single file instead of each section divided into chunks, that's why it appeared a bit different in directory. And it was a lot more practical for me, so I think I'll stick to a single file now, and I will certainly change the tool to look for a standardized scheme for language, including English.
