We should be able to define whether the menu or the header comes first in the config.

Investigate:

  • should we put the whole header in Markdown and have translations and menu as shortcodes? ---> extreme configurability
  • or maybe just an option like header.menu = "after|before"

OK even better. Header can be overriden by a child template, but can also be configured for the default so that you can provide it with a Markdown page for the top of the header, and a markdown page for the menu.
