I suggest categories and their meanings should be thought out and discussed.

In the notes, I used categories named: beginners, beginners_technical, meta, about, about_services, tildeverse, education, technical, publishing, manuals.
(meta and education probably should be renamed)

Also, I suggest there should be a page about how to write wiki pages and explanations of said categories and their meanings (so author would know).
