Terminal phase executable files are in /opt/terminal-phase

/usr/local/bin/tv is a script wrapper for it.

Please to be deploying these properly with ansible.

Going to close this. It is currently not a thing thats installed so will wait until someone deems it needed. The repo is pretty out of date on that game. So might not be worth the effort now?
