Thunix runs cargo version 1.46 and rustc version 1.48 which were released almost three years ago and can't compile software written in Rust 2021 Edition.

I suggest upgrading them to version 1.63 as it's the latest debian stable has to offer.

This will come as we upgrade to Debian 12. Currently we are on Debian 11.

Debian 12 is in the plans just have to get ansible up to snuff with Debain 12. Its not currently at that point. Soon though.
