There's a handler function for whenever a change is detected, it kicks off another task. Right now, it's a trigger for "always changing" since it always run a make install.

If this was moved to a handler, somehow, it would only trigger changed if there was new source.

Also, for ubergeek, getting this turned into a deb and a rpm, and added to deb.thunix.net and rpm.thunix.net.
