Is there a new-user-script?

If so, it should take care about adding the users' html and gemini directories and updating the user pages links on these server home pages.

@sarmonsiill i had tried to get some time to look at a new-user script. do you think there's merit in adapting an existing one? the differences in bsd and linux are not terribly disparate as far as user provisioning and isolate is concerned
