The LICENSE file for CC-BY-NC-4.0-SA contains dashes which leads to a warning in the tildegit page when viewing the file, it would be better to convert them to plain ascii 7 bit

ok, the license files are provided by the gitea binary and are not separate files, so this is an issue with the actual program not with the customization

I have posted the issue on the gitea github and we agreed that it is a non-problem that will not be addressed

(just converting the files manually is the easiest solution)
