Obviously, this license would only be applicable to new articles, unless authors retroactivley add their content to it.

Also, open to other alternative license.

No, because that would imply retroactive licensing.

However, since you are currently the only author of content on the website, if you licensed your works under CC BY-SA, that would solve the issue.

No, because that would imply retroactive licensing.
That's why my example included "Unless otherwise noted". My content has "Copyright (C) <year> Anton McClure. All Rights Reserved" already, so it's already otherwise noted.
