Doing pb -s http://0x0.st myfile outputs Internal error: https://0x0.st, also tried with 0x0.tilde.team and is not an endpoint error. The message suggests that the problem might be from the flag parser, as it's the only block where Internal error is outputted before dying.

Thanks for the issue log. I had a poorly shifted param argument for -s. It's fixed if you pull the latest. v.2018.08.16
