fix(x11/glade): add patch from upstream to fix doc generation
Fixes error: ../src/help/meson.build:6:6: ERROR: Tried to create
target "help-glade-da-update-po", but a target of that name already
exists.

fix(x11/glade): fix build with current meson version
Seems i18n.merge_file function has been changed in non
backward-compatible way. See for example
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/aisleriot/-/issues/916 for a similar
fix.
Fixes termux/termux-packages#11156.
