chore(main/apt): drop user agent patch 
Why remove the patch:

 https://github.com/termux/termux-exec/pull/24

 These changes in termux-exec would cause apt to send invalid
 installation prefix in user agent.

 This patch is not actual for now and can be removed anyway.

Background why the patch was added earlier:

 Its only purpose to generate HTTP user agent string specific for
 environment. This lets us to distinguish on server side whether
 user download packages using official Termux app or derivative
 checking the installation prefix path and disallow downloads
 made by non-Termux projects to reduce egress traffic when needed.

Yaksh Bariya 7bdc5cbe23 chore(main/{apt,{root,x11}-repo}): use cloudflare proxy by default 
Referencing to
311ac5c982.
This should hopefully help reduce the amount of bandwidth consumed by
out Hetzner instance.

Some rough statistics (proper ones would require some scripts to be run
on the server, I just got to lazy to write something that could work):

Cloudflare cached content accounts for only about 14.9% of the total
amount of requests. This change should increase this number in the long
run

Fosshost is decommissioning its service on August 28th, so lets use
the grimler.se until we have managed to set up a new repo, somewhere
else.

changed(main/{apt,root-repo,x11-repo}): use termux.dev for urls 
Instead of termux.org.  This is done now that website is confirmed to
fully work (see termux/termux-packages#11007).

* No x11-repo as a package exists for Pacman. It's subscribed to all
  repos by default.

apt: switch so that cloudflare cached mirror is used per default 
Some countries (like Iran) has issues with it, but for most users it
can help decrease traffic to main mirror at Fosshost.

The repository has been merged back into termux-packages.

Add both game-repo and science-repo to TERMUX_PKG_REPLACES, I forgot
to the former when I merged game-repo.
