nodejs and nodejs-lts packages have been intentionally left which will
be changed once they are updated to their latest versions. These
packages take very long to build so let's not burn GH actions.

Unable to build all at once in CI due to limited disk space. Builds are
going to be triggered manually, divided into several pieces.
