rebuild(deps:ffmpeg): bump all packages that depend on ffmpeg
...
After update of ffmpeg to 5.1. gegl, megacmd, mpd, timg, vlc, kid3
and vlc-qt have not been bumped in this commit as they were rebuilt as
part of ndk-r25 update already.
