termux-tools: update to 1.35.0 
This removes the {u,}mount wrappers from the package, {u,}mount will

Adds new mirrors:

* mirror.vern.cc in North America
* termux.3san.dev in Europe

and fixes so termux.cdn.lumito.net is installed again (was not
previously because of error in Makefile).

chore(main/termux-tools): update to v1.25.0 
All termux-tools have been moved into their own repository, which will
make it easier to develop the scripts and tools.

v1.25.0 also adds more mirrors and updates termux-change-repo so that
it can be used to select a single mirror again.

fix(main/termux-tools): detect whether login is running on tty 
If login was not started on tty (pty), it shouldn't attempt to print
motd or other elements designed for interactive terminal session.

fix(main/termux-tools:pkg): ignore apt's backup files 
Now that our mirror files are set as conffiles, apt will keep backups
of old versions named as some.mirror.dpkg-old.  We do not want pkg to
try to use both some.mirror and some.mirror.dpkg-old, so ignore the
latter when finding all mirrors.

Fixes commit 38f47b2b20 ("enhance(main/termux-tools): add mirror
files to CONFFILES").

enhance(main/termux-tools): deal with mirror groups 
Instead of individual mirrors.  Group mirrors per geographical
location and make users select which group to use with
termux-change-repo.  If no group have been chosen with
termux-change-repo, then all are used.

The environmental variable TERMUX_PKG_NO_MIRROR_SELECT can still be
used to lock a specific mirror.

The weight system is removed with this change, each mirror in a group
is given the same weight.

The version scheme is also changed from 0.XXX to 1.X, due to me not
finding it intuitive if for example 0.101 is higher or lower than
0.99.
