apt, *-repo: change repo urls from termux.org to termux.dev
We have limited control over the termux.org domain, it could be
canceled without warning.  Therefore, use termux.dev instead which we
have full control over.

Warning: android-5 branch is now discontinued. Do not post any issues regarding this branch.

This project contains scripts and patches to build packages for the Termux Android application. Note that on-device package building is supported only partially for now.
