The [termux-packages](https://github.com/termux/termux-packages) repositories and [mirrors](https://github.com/termux/termux-packages/wiki/Mirrors) generate [`40+ TB`](https://github.com/termux/termux-packages/issues/5620) of traffic per month and even more if lot of updates are released. Previously, JFrog Bintray was donating [60TB of traffic per month](https://twitter.com/termux/status/1255243673698213888) to Termux but the Bintray service has been shutdown since 1st May, 2021 as per [JFrog's announcement of its sunset](https://jfrog.com/blog/into-the-sunset-bintray-jcenter-gocenter-and-chartcenter/). We have [moved to IPFS repositories](https://github.com/termux/termux-packages/issues/6348) as a short term solution to keep repositories online but we need to get a VPS/SaaS hosting to act as the primary repository, which requires money.
