The Transport and Housing Bureau has been split into the Transport and Logistics Bureau and the Housing Bureau with effective from 1 July 2022.

The website URL just changes from thb.gov.hk to tlb.gov.hk, but it seems the certificate CA is not in Ubuntu's store so we'll have to disable SSL cert checking…
