The SIA's API seems to have a 1 minute timeout on the API we use to retrieve their reports as XML. The curl command randomly fails when generating the 500 items after 1 minute.

We might need to restore some of the parameters we intentionally removed to get the maximum allowed number of items just so we don't timeout...
