Mongolia AAIB is down #117

The official feeds of the Mongolian AAIB are all down for the simple reason that the server at https://aaib.gov.mn is not responding. I'm not sure if this is a domain configuration issue or something else; the civil aviation authority is fine. The Ministry of Roads and Transport Development also appears to be down, and I assume that's the ministry that would be the closest to the AAIB.

Note that adding www. to every URL is recommended in case of issues, because their domain configuration is a mess. For example, gov.mn (HTTP only) redirects to domain.com.

I noticed this went down a few days ago, and when looking into it, I found that the search page of the MCAA allows searching for nothing, which returns every single page, and that the last ~60 pages of results include lots of spam. I contacted the MCAA about this.

While re-checking the domains to write this issue, I noticed that www.gov.mn, which used to show the governement's main website, currently redirects to service.gov.mn, which displays an error page that includes database credentials. They were running a Laravel PHP app in debug mode in production

The governement's own website still appears to be down with the Laravel bug and it is still possible to search for nothing at all and find every article on the MCAA's website. I had no answer from the MCAA. The AAIB feed is back up though, so this is no longer my problem!
