The BEA official feed no longer seems to exist. Some research into Typo3, their underlying CMS, might be required to dig up the feed, or a fallback to a new custom feed should be found.

Turns out Typo3 does not seem to natively support any syndication. I emailed the BEA to ask if they truly plan on taking the feed down or if they can bring it back; no work will be done on this issue until then.

The BEA intends on making the site "simpler" by removing the RSS feeds, and suggest subscribing to their newsletter or following them on Twitter.

I emailed data.gouv.fr to at least request for some machine-readable data on reports, even if they wouldn't be as 'real-time' as an RSS feed.

I will be implementing a custom feed from the web search results.
