Would require allowing multiple curl | pup pipelines made from a list of URLs found from http://www.dicr.cz/zaverecne-zpravy-z-mimoradnych-udalosti, and sent to jq.

This is much easier to do now as all reports can be retrieved without filtering by URL: https://www.dicr.cz/mimoradne-udalosti/setrene-mimoradne-udalosti-a-zaverecne-zpravy?cat=z%C3%A1v%C4%9Bre%C4%8Dn%C3%A1+zpr%C3%A1va
