The three AAIA feeds are down because their original page was redesigned. The URL changed from https://www.thb.gov.hk/aaia/eng/investigation_reports/index.htm to https://www.thb.gov.hk/aaia/eng/investigation_reports/index.html (HTML instead of HTM) and the HTML table was updated, but the change should not be too consequential for the script.
