PRP: PSP Research Project

this started as a simple attempt at making my tilde website compatible with my PSP-3000. now, the goal is just to try to preserve whatever is left of the PSP's online features or websites, such as:

• The SHOUTcast-powered Internet Radio: https://www.playstation.com/psp-app/radio/index.html
• The RSS reader: https://www.playstation.com/manual/psp/rss/
• The PlayStation Network Information Board: https://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/psp/current/psn/info/info.html — no longer updated, but still running
