Joplin

Joplin is an open source note taking and to-do application with synchronisation capabilities. The app allows the creation of markdown notes, that can be organised into notebooks. The notes are searchable, can be copied, tagged and modified either from the applications directly or from a text editor.

Joplin Templates

The desktop version of the app supports templates, making it easy to create multiple notes with a standard format.

Using Templates

• Download any one of my templates in this repo or just use them as a model to create your own.
• Create a templates folder, this can be done in Joplin directly: File > Templates > Open template directory.
• Place the Markdown template files into the templates folder.
• Refresh the templates within Joplin: File > Templates > Refresh templates.
• Create a new note from a template: File > Templates, or just open a new note and add the template with Alt+Crtl+I.
