Tamias [WIP]

Have you ever bookmarked an article? Do you think it will be there in a year? or 2? Tamias stores the articles in a folder on your computer, so you won't lose them.

Installation

you will have to have readability-cli installed original repository or my fork

sudo make install

Usage

tamias https://labs.tomasino.org/identity-vs-secrecy/

this will create two files in ~/tamias/

  • a file with the original HTML of the page
  • simpler version of the original article - without bars, popups...

open the simplified version in firefox:

firefox ~/tamias/identity-vs-secrecy
