> _All that is gold does not glitter,_
_Not all those who wander are lost;_
_The old that is strong does not wither,_
_Deep roots are not reached by the frost._
_~ from The Lord of the Rings, by J.R.R. Tolkien_
This map is one of my biggest projects. Click on the full screen button for a better viewing interface in a new tab. I am still adding details and photos to this map - if you have something for me to add, [let me know](/contact)!

[This MA government website][massgis] has a wealth of (slightly outdated) information about every property parcel in the state. If you want to look at a map of who owns what, that's where you should go. Somehow I feel like not enough people use it, instead letting themselves be content with wondering about mysterious property boundaries.

_A light from the shadows shall spring;_
_Renewed shall be blade that was broken,_
_The crownless again shall be king._
