Wait until after the v2.0.0 release to implement this

This should be a fairly easy thing to implement. It would make it so that if a user primarily wants access to gemini, they could set gemini as their default and then not have to type gemini:// every time they entered a url.

At present, the default is always gopher (given that bombadillo originally only supported gopher). I think gopher should still be the default in defaults.go and that users can change it for themselves individually and if an admin wants a different default they can change it in the defaults file before compiling.

I doubt many people will want finger or local, but you never know. Gemini and gopher both seem realistic.
