I originally tried the IPs there and it wouldn't connect. Turns out the IP addresses for this document were incorrect, I have tested and verified (even the pop3 server) are actually working and those are correct.

Added outlook setup as well since it's a pain to configure due to the username not being the same as the email. Thunderbird is fine and so are most others, it's just outlook being a pain.

Oh lol, most clients use <protocol>.tilde.team so the docs were kinda misleading.
