The site is a bit big/long for my tastes. The user list, for example, stretches long after the news. The Gitea repo section is buried underneath 21 (22 once #14 is merged) news articles. I want to add things, but there simply isn't any room to do so.

This PR will attempt to downsize the items. News will be limited to 3 posts, and user list font size, etc. will be messed with to condense it into a smaller space.

Delete Branch "downsize"
