You can make a personal blog using the bashblog tool, installed as bb.

Usage

1. cd to ~/public_html/blog (create it if it doesn't exist)
2. bb post
3. write the post (it will open your $EDITOR). Markdown is supported.
4. save and close, then select from the menu choices
