gnugo: fix compilation error due to duplicate symbols
...
-fcommon works around issue for cross-compilation, but with ubuntu
21.10 issue happens for hostbuild as well. Fix core issue instead
having to change hostbuild flags as well.

games: bump all packages as part of merge with termux-packages
...
So that the package that is uploaded to the main repo has a higher
version than the version in the game repo.
All packages have been uploaded manually.

Remove TERMUX_TAR and TERMUX_TOUCH
...
These can be removed now that OS X is not supported directly (OS X
users can still use Docker to build though).
Fixes #936 .

...
As a consequence of updating readline to version 7 we bump the
build revision of all packaging linking to it as the soname has
changed.
