Build RSS feeds that merge multiple RSS feeds:

All investigations on a same type (e.g. all rail accidents)
All investigations from a single country (France, US, Denmark all have multiple entities)
All investigations from a single entity, since some do not have an "everything" feed
All investigations with the same language
Absolutely everything in a single feed, just because we can
