A new XML file centralizes all the data related to feeds, allowing the use of XSLT files to turn the data into the bash script that generates feed, into the HTML home page, or into other formats such as OPML. This also paves the way towards OPML (#11), Gopher (#12), Gemini (#13), Atom (#14), twtxt (#15), CDF (#54) and JSON Feed (#55) support, as well as merging multiple feeds into one (#16).

Tested in production because of course that's proper practice, and it does fully work without intervention on my part now.
