Delete Branch "pathing-fixes"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
This addresses the issues pointed out in #149 (issues with how relative paths were constructed)
Additionally, it handles the case where a redirect would send a user to the same URL but with an additional '/' at the end. This fix will now do that one type of redirect silently (while still informing users of other redirects, even within the same host).
